All deposits are applied to the product or service being booked and will be deducted from your billing at checkout.

Please note these policies are in effect as your practitioner has reserved a time slot solely for your treatment. No shows or last minute cancellations do not allow your practitioners the time to fill that vacancy with other clients.

Some treatments such as IV therapy require products to be opened. Once opened, IV bags must be used within a certain number of hours to avoid being considered expired (ie past it's best use date).
